I just switched my auto loan to One AZ with the amazing help of Ella Pritchett. She guided me every step of the way with follow up calls and e-mails. She was always easy to get in touch with and helped me do something that was a tad out of the box because I had been mislead by the car dealership that I had been working with. Even though I asked to have One AZ as my lender, I was not able to because technically I had put down too big of a down payment. That could have easily been remedied, but instead they switched me to their preferred lender which cost more and was very difficult to deal with. So happy I had Ella fighting for me to get me the loan I wanted in the first place!

I had been searching for used car loans at low-interest rates and OneAZ came up as one of the most competitive. I started the process online, completing the application and someone called 10 minutes later, on a Saturday, to complete the process. I supplied a few of the typical follow-up details and that was pretty much it. Simple, clean, fast and inexpensive. Ella P took care of everything else. In all, lowered my payment nearly $300/month over the quote from the dealership.
