This is the 2nd time i did a car loan with them, and absolulty recomend you go with them too. They have great rates, are easy to work with, and have the best extended warranties. The extended warranties tend to be around 1500 vs car dealerships which charge you 5000. If you can ask for Ella Pritchett she is super nice and answered all my questions

I have been banking with OneAZ Credit Union for years. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this bank. My most recent experience was when I needed to sign-up for Zelle on my mobile app. Paul Mejia eased my concerns about banking and using Zelle on the mobile app and he helped me set up Zelle on my phone. He navigated me through different screens and explained all the options and what they meant. I truly appreciate him and the services he is able to provide for folks who are not so electronically savvy. I highly recommend Paul Mejia to anyone needing help with online/mobile banking. He is very patient and kind!

OneAZ is always responsive on the phone and when I’m able to get in during banking hours. Today’s banking is so complicated with phone apps and computer transfers so it’s imperative that we have a human being to talk with who can help sort out issues that may arise. Joanne Stambaugh was very thorough polite and helpful.
