My loan officer Paul Mejia was great! The dude didn't even take his lunch until almost 4PM to make sure my loan was properly processed. Thanks man. Great banking experience and very responsive by email which is great. It's 2023! Makes it easier to communicate around a bizzy schedule with work, etc.

I visited the Tempe Branch today for the first time and Wendy assisted me with my account opening. I cannot speak highly enough of Wendy and her service today. I have been a member since I moved to Arizona, and, as usual, whenever I call Member Support the person I talk to about my issue/question has an answer. Today was no different. I had a question about an online transfer from my 1AZ account to another account at another financial institution. Within a few minutes my question was answered. The person I talked to was respectful and polite. You can't ask for anything more.
