I've been with OneAz since the late 90s…
I've been with OneAz since the late 90s and have had great service throughout that time. Today I had some great help from Eli Andujar. He gave some advice, and helped me make a decision that I was waffling with. Very patient and knowledgeable, thanks so much Eli!

Thanks to Emilee at the Gail Gardner branch! We had a few family trust issues we needed resolved and she, with great knowledge and courteous service, took everything quickly. Glad we can trust our local credit union. We can't say that about many financial institutions today.

Thx to Melissa at AZ One AZ on the phone for talking me through an address amendment. She patiently attended to every detail, and helped me over minor barriers as I ran up against them. Especially her assurances throughout the call eased my anxiety.

Paul Mejia, a much younger man than I, knows how to communicate with Geezers like me. He was always patient and courteous. Also efficient as my loan was approved in hours instead of days. Felt like I was dealing with a friend.

My debit card was canceled due to fraud…
My debit card was canceled due to fraud over the weekend. I was so happy to hear the credit union offers instant issue on debit cards.
