Ella Pritchett made my loan application so easy! She was so attentive to all my needs with followup phone calls and emails for my auto loan. Very informative on tips dealing with the dealership. If I could give her 10 stars I would! One AZ is the best! Ella you are a ROCKSTAR! Thank you 😊

Makenzie Beasley at the OneAZ Call center was awesome. Despite me being frustrated, she walked through my issue and got things resolved quickly. Makenzie is a Superstar in my book!!!

I got referred by a friend to get a used auto loan for one of my leases. From the first interaction I knew I was in the right hands. Issac sanchez was my representative and was extremely helpful and experienced when processing this loan. He made recommendations, followed through in each step, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He got the deal done In 24 hours and we couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism. Thanks for everything Issac Sanchez!!!

What a pleasant customer experience-gives me hope! Joann was so professional, patient, clear, and so so nice to talk with. Thank you.

I've been in Real Estate Sales / Mortgage the last 17 years; communication is essential to every aspect of business - This one knocked it out of the park for us!! Probably the easiest purchase I've made utilizing financing for an auto loan! Isaac Sanchez with OneAZ Credit answered the call every time my wife and I had questions. He ran thru the entire process with numbers on various vehicles / down payment options / threshold to be at 90% above and below. Hands down the best experience!!! Thank you again Isaac for assisting!

I worked with Paul Mejia who was my loan officer. Paul was very helpful and responsive through each step of the process. He would follow up with me regularly and ensured all my questions were answered and I received the best rate. Overall Paul was great to work with.

Sydney was such a big help to me. She really took great care in making sure I got what I needed.
