Today I was a fraud victim. Someone hacked my account and got money from me. I was very upset. I called the customer support team, and Linda was extremely helpful and efficient. She helped put my mind at ease. I am very grateful for the good service from OneAZ.

About a month back, I had Paul help me finance a new vehicle through OneAZ and his knowledge and customer service was incredible - so much so that I shortly after decided that I would like to refinance my second vehicle through him at OneAZ. He was able to swiftly take care of that for me, and now I happily have all of my vehicle loans consolidated through OneAZ.

Absolutely the best customer service from Joanne. I had made an error with a wire and it became a very stressful issue. She went above and beyond researching this transaction and keeping it secure. I can not speak more highly of Ella P. I have never had an individual work so very diligently and put in so much time to accomplish my loan. She commucated all the time, worked with the dealership, got literally everything handled. I have to say I haven't experienced this level of customer service and care in years. I got the vehicle I wanted, didn't have to settle for something lesser, and amazing rare and perfect payment. She went above and beyond any typical scope of work for a loan officer. I felt so personally taken care of I would send everyone I know looking for an automotive loan to Ella. Absolutely Amazing. Thank you.

Morgan was damn awesome throughout the entire loan process!! Although the original seller flaked out at the last moment, she immediately transitioned to our Plan B and was able to close the transaction the same day I agreed to terms with another private seller.
