I had a question about BillPay so I called my local branch and talked with Kaisha. She was very helpful and took the time to explain the process to me. I am a 40+ year member and am always impressed with my credit union.

I had a very good contact with the bank representative, in the person of Mrs. Morgan Robel, very subjective and concrete. Everything went well and without wasting time. I also want to mention Mr. Mario Mendoza, from the Thunderbird Rd agency, very good and professional. I highly recommend this bank.

I spoke to a very delightful lady named Michele Watson from One Az in customer care. She was very helpful and directed me in the right direction. She even made an appointment with a banker Cathy at my local branch to transfer my savings to a propel account.

Applied for a loan. Zack Rafidi was the virtual banker, he called me after a minute after applying, verified all the information, ask for some documents and after 20 minutes i got approved.
