Dan from my local OneAZ branch was extremely helpful. I actually wasn’t expecting him to be able to help me in my situation, and I regret to say I responded poorly whilst he held his composure and responded as though I hadn’t. This was the utmost best way to approach customer service. I was sincerely sorry, but I have to say I was very impressed at the professionalism displayed.

Matthew was great, give him a raise. I had several questions wire transfer, external transfer, and account inquiries. He provided excellent customer service. P.s. I never got a call back from being in the queue. I waited 26 then went in queue left my number. I used a different phone waited over 34 minutes finally got a member. It's 5 pm and still haven't received call back.

It was very easy, professional, and great rate. Wes was awesome to work with. They will always be my go to for financing.
