Called OneAZ Credit Union to inquire about a $12 maintenance service fee on my checking account. Carla B. was very helpful and explained the reason for the fee. She also offered to waive the fee if I preferred to change the checking account to free-checking which does not earn interest. She also offered a high-yielded savings account as another option to earn interest. I appreciated the options. Great customer service experience!

Worked on the phone with Eli to apply for a personal LOC. He got the job done quickly and professionally. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Opened a OneAZ Credit Union account today, 30th September 2025, but had issues with docusign on my iPhone. WESLEY KOONTZ , a virtual banker at OneAZ was very helpful in getting this matter resolved and my account up and running. A great customer service experience within 30 minutes of opening my account. Wes is a credit to not only himself, but also OneAZ Credit Union !

Wes Koontz was such a dream to work with. He made the process of refinancing my vehicle quick and painless. If I had questions, he was never bothered to answer. Definitely would give 6 stars if I could!!!

Wendy was an amazing person to work with! I came in to inquire regarding accounts and she shared so many tips and recommendations within their system to find the better profit for me as well as tips for children’s credit building. Thank you so much for taking your time on this very important topic of finance and talking with Wendy really made me feel that my future brighter and more solid.

Mikayla was a real sweetheart. I was super upset that there was a miscommunication with a dispute I had and she handled herself very well and should be part of management. She calmed me down and explained the process.
