Outstanding. Customer Service
I had the opportunity to work over the phone with representative Patrica Reyes. Patricia was an exceedingly knowledgeable and compassionate help in my case of stolen identity and assisted me with stop payment process. I could tell she truly cared and those are the hallmarks that make ONE AZ- my choice of credit unions-

Marisa Felix is all I can say
Marisa Felix is all I can say , u got a problem ask for her she is fast and amazing and so nice. I struggled today for a long time. She fixed my issues in 4 mins. She was so fast ,knew exactly what I needed and fixed my issue. Ty so much Marisa Felix. Your the best.

Eli Andujar is the man!
Eli Andujar is who I was lucky enough to work with. Applying for a loan is intimidating but he made things extremely easy, explained everything thoroughly, and left me feeling like he had my best interest at heart.
