DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY FIND PARKING FOR YOU AT sketchy hotels (Quality Inn Suites Forest park) and shuttle service that runs when they drivers sobber up or just finish smoking weed. The shuttle bus is actually a mini van with transmission problems. I wasn't sure if I would make it to the airport. On my return I had to Uber to the hotel at 2:45pm because I was told that the wait was going to be over 45 minutes. Needless to say Onair customer service Yessinia wasn't any help and on the way to the hotel in the Uber the hotel shuttle bus driver kept calling my phone via WhatsApp. I travel in and out of the country a lot so I use hotel parking, but I canceled my future reservations with them. I won't be using them again.

The worst, they did not pick me up to take me to the airport nor pick me up on my return. Then refused to refund me for services paid for but not provided. What a scam. stay away. We would recommend you reach out to the courtyard directly explaining the situation you had with the shuttle service (shuttle service is provided by the hotel, not us), to see how they can assist. These scumbags won't refund my $67 after I had to end my trip early. They pocket the money refunded by the parking garage, but refuse to pass it back to purchaser! This should be illegal!

Do not use this company for Wyndham Hopkins Cleveland . Several vehicles were broken into including my husbands truck .. so going cheap cost me more than if I paid for the regular park n fly that are gated. They don’t do any research on the facility! It is unsafe and absolutely no security! Don’t do it

If I could give zero, I would. I arranged a month long stay with On Air Parking at a SeaTac parking lot before a trip to Europe. When I got to the lot, I was told it was full. As we were pressed for time, I had to quickly get vehicle in a lot and get to airport. I had to pay 4x what I would of had the lot I arranged with On Air had lived up to the agreement. When I called On Air, they refunded what I would have to pay them, but they said it was not their fault. 1. I had a contract with On Air, not the hotel parking lot they were supposed to arrange the stay with. 2. What is the point of their service if they cannot guarantee a spot? What am I paying for? 3. Had they told me the lot was full even up to 5 hours before flight, I could have arranged something else. But I received no communication and was forced to pay much more than I could afford. 4. What if all lots were full? I'd have been out thousands of dollars. Avoid On Air. An absolutely brutal experience.
