On Air Parking is a reservation platform and we don’t own or manage the facilities themselves, but outside of the posted oversized-vehicle fees noted in the reservation, you shouldn’t be charged anything additional on-site. If you can send us a copy of the receipt they gave you, we’d love to look into why they charged you more and make it right if there was an error. I completely understand how unsettling it must have felt arriving before the shuttle began at 7am and finding the lot dark at that hour. Of course, if you didn’t end up parking there we’d be glad to review and refund accordingly, and I’d really like the chance to make this right for you Ann.

Amish, we truly appreciate you sharing your experience. Since this is a valet garage, keys do need to be left with the attendant in order to park. The reservation also notes that oversized vehicles may be subject to an added fee of $15 per day (or $30 for super oversized such as large SUVs, vans, or trucks), and it’s always a good idea to check with the facility ahead of time if you’re unsure. That said, we absolutely honor the listing as it stands and are more than happy to review receipts—if any charges were made in error, we’ll gladly make it right. Just left you a voicemail in hopes we could chat directly. We’re truly sorry for what you experienced—it’s understandably upsetting to come back from a trip and find your car damaged. To clarify, On Air Parking is a reservation platform only, so we don’t own or manage the facilities themselves, similar to how sites like Orbitz or Travelocity work with airlines. Parking is always at your own risk no matter where you park, but we work hard to partner with facilities that have good reputations, and if we ever see recurring issues, we stop offering them. We will be processing a full refund for your reservation as a token of goodwill, and we suggest filing a police report and working with your insurance company, as they are best equipped to advise you on next steps. Please know we take feedback like this very seriously and will also review this facility to determine if it should remain part of our network.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience Carol. We’re sorry to hear you had to wait so long and call multiple times for a pickup, as we know that can be frustrating after a trip. The shuttle at this facility operates 24/7 and is scheduled to leave every 30 minutes at the top of the hour and half past the hour, so your experience should not have been the case. Just so you know, the shuttles are managed directly by the facility, and while we don’t operate them ourselves, we do pass along all feedback so they can improve. We hope your review of On Air Parking as a booking platform would be 5 stars, with the facility being the one to receive the lower rating.
