Good service, Crappy materials.
Service and design was great! Quality of decal material is pathetic! wrinkles easy, shrinks in sun after only 1 month. Would not buy again.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent experience with our service and design. We are glad to hear that you found our service and design to be great. We are sorry to hear about the issues you have encountered with the quality of the decal material. We use Substance media materials, which are trusted by leading dirt bike graphics manufacturers all over the world for their durability and quality. It is concerning to hear that you experienced wrinkles and shrinking after only one month of use. In some cases, issues with adhesion and durability can occur if the decals are applied to a greasy or dirty surface. This can affect how well the decals adhere and how they hold up over time. We recommend thoroughly cleaning and preparing the surface before applying the decals to ensure the best results. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our products and services. If you would like to discuss this further or require any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. We appreciate your business and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future. Thank you for choosing our products. Best regards,

The graphics were good, but beware.
The graphics were good, but my goodness it took FOREVER (weeks) to get any responses, or for order to be shipped. Also this is an overseas company, NOT US based.

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent experience with us. We are pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the quality of the graphics you received. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the longer-than-expected response times and shipping delays. As a global company with production sites and offices in multiple locations, including the US, Finland, Latvia, and soon Germany, we strive to provide the best service possible. In cases where our US production site is busy, we may ship from our European locations to ensure timely delivery. We understand your concerns about shipping times and want to assure you that we use FedEx for all our shipments to maintain high quality and reliable delivery terms, whether shipping from Europe or the US. Regarding response times, we aim to reply to all customer inquiries within 48 hours during business days, although occasional delays may occur due to the high workload of producing top-quality dirt bike graphics. Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our service for all our customers. Best regards,

Couldn’t be happier
Couldn’t be happier. OMX was amazing to work with. Allowed changes to preset design. I even decided to change the number after design was final and they did it. Super responsive , I called number online after hours and they called me first thing the next morning. The graphics are thick and durable. Of course my first race with the new graphics someone let tire marks on my sidepod. A little wd-40 and a rag and you can’t even tell. If you’re on the fence about whether to get them, DO IT. Oh use a hair dryer when installing and it’s really easy

Needs to be more durable.
These graphics are well made and printed good. Needed to trim here and there. The vinyl used is ok. Would have liked to see it thicker and more durable.
