Hello Mae, thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that the Keychainz™ are produced exactly as advertised, both in the product description and in the online proof you approved. The QR code is sealed with our grainy matte finish, while the front logo is printed directly onto the acrylic using specialized premium inks formulated for rigid surfaces. These inks adhere strongly to the material, ensuring scratch resistance and long-lasting durability. Since you just received your order, your impression may be based on initial appearance. With time and daily use, you’ll notice how durable the piece actually is. We can assure you the product is not cheaply produced — it follows the same production standards as all our acrylic products, which are backed by a durability guarantee. If you experience any issues after regular use, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to assist. Best wishes for your business, STIZY BUSINESS
