Easy to deal with. Answered all of my questions and prompt delivery.

Door came in quick . It looks and feels like it's built well. Mine didn't come with any instructions but it was easy to install. Well thats not true, I had to cut through 10 inches of cinderblock, plywood, 2x2, and drywall. Reroute electrical and calculate all that with a 3.5 drop from the inside/out. But the door itself is easy to construct. Well built, and I'm not sure how communicative you want your dog door manufacturer to be but this company seems like they care.

Sliding screen door pet door was well constructed. Delivery was timely. I need to return the support bar that I purchased, and ended up not needing. Hoping that return goes smoothly.

It’s a nice green door. I just think the corners are too sharp, where the dog goes out that if it catches her back, it could scratch her.

Very responsive and great product. Support small business!

Fast shipping and top notch product. I’ve used the cheaper brands before and I like this one a lot better. The hinge allows the flap to open nicely. The magnets do a good job of keeping the flaps in place, but not too strong for the dogs to push open easily. I installed mine through a brick wall.

Great communications when we had to swap door sizes. Kept in the loop throughout the time fabricating the new door and follow-up with and after shipping.

I have been very pleased so far with the purchasing process. Highly recommend!!
