OMC Gear is one of the few remaining community mountain shops with quality brands, great return policy, competitive prices and fast shipping to Seattle. Since I don't get to Portland often I'm glad they have a great eComm web site.

I ordered a few things online and they came quickly and in good condition. I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and return was a breeze. I live in Oregon and I was able to return to the store even though it was bought online. Took less than 5 minutes. Very satisfied!

OMCGEAR is my new "go to" vendors for outdoor gear. Their prices point and selection rivals all competitors. Additionally, their customer service staff's attention to detail and flexibility is OUTSTANDING! 5 Star service.

I contacted customer service about my reservations about ordering gloves that I wasn't sure would fit. They made me feel great about ordering and about their company. The gloves arrived quickly and so far I'm impressed.

I ordered a soft shell from OMC and had the chance to communicate with the staff after i placed my order and asked questions regarding the product. Due to some reason my order got placed on hold since the staff thought i was reconsidering the item i ordered. When this mistake was spotted the staff apologized and offered a 10% discount and free shipment. I was very satisfied with this, it showed that OMC care even for one off customers ordering items from oversees... the help provided by the staff regarding the technical features of the item i ordered was also very precise and helpful. thank you OMC.

Purchased two Canada Goose jackets from OMC, one at the store and the other through their online store. Every purchase that I made was a pleasant experience. Although their selection of Canada Goose jackets is limited, I would recommend OMC to anyone wanting to purcase a CG jackety.

I found that OMC had the best prices. Went to the web site and ordered. They delivered in a timely manner. Can't ask for much more.

I have tons of outdoor gear used through the years if interested for product evaluation. I purchase only the best because my work is extremely demanding and requires the best stuff. Gore TeX vibram, thinsulate, cordura and the like are my mainstays and spend thousands a year on gear. I work on harsh conditions and would be willing to evaluate products and have many gloves shoes and jackets worn out and could inform you on the durability and comfort of many of your items. I am a first customer but will definitely shop with omc again!
