I just made my first purchase with OMCGear, an ENO hammock and atlas straps, and have been well pleased with my experience. I had to call the company as I neglected to include my apartment number in the delivery address, and the representative was very nice and helpful, like a normal person, and contacted UPS to handle it for me. (UPS on the other hand was not helpful at all! I would be more likely to order from OMC again if they did not deliver through UPS.) I am incredibly please with OMCGear!
