I was looking for a particular jacket at REI and they didn't have the color I wanted. OMC had the color I wanted at a MUCH lower price! I am usually wary of websites that sell things for a discounted price, but OMC came through and had great service! Thanks!

Needed a new Nemo Tent. OMC had a great price, and great shipping options. Had it to me in the advertised time, just in time for our trip. Thanks again!

I liked the fact that I could call the Portland store directly and speak with a real live human being. Also, I was talking to someone in the store and not someone in a call center who had no idea about the product I was calling about. I was also directed to a person "on the floor" who was able to tell me more about the product. The people at OMC were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and helpful. Dealing with them recommended.

Your communication with me and your service was great. The only thing is it took FOREVER to get my sandals. But thank you and I will be sure to order from you in the future. P.S. your prices were spot-on!

We found the Nemo Losi 3P tent in an article that rated it as the best 3-season tent of the year for 2012. OMC Gear had it for much less than other websites (including the website named for a really long river in South America) and included the footprint as well. We'd definitely purchase from them again.

I had been looking for this North Face jacket for a while. Despite of the end of winter time it was hard to find the good discount on it. Omcgear had the great lowest price and free shipping.

Bought a new watch for my wife for hiking in Tucson. The product is just as described, super high quality and packaged well. The service was exceptional!!! The person reviewing the order called us to make sure all was correct and explained in greater detail some of the features!

Hello, i am writing from Lithuania since i had misfortune to order Marmot Stockholm JR Jacket - Men's Fall 2013 – M. My friend from the US brought this jacket to Europe, and it is far away from being M size :(. I am as a women wear S size and it is nearly too small for me. Before ordering this jacket i have checked omcgear size chart and the comparison of the actual size is bellow: Widest part of the jacket (chest) is 50 cm, which is 20 inches (according to your size chart should be at least 39 in). Sleeve – 52 cm, or 20,5 inches (according to your size chart should be at least 34 in). Total length of the jacket is 63 cm, or 25 inches. According to my opinion it should be children’s, not men’s jacket. I am totally disappointed by such order. Renata

You did order the Stockholm JR not the Stockholm. The JR stands for Juniors, for children. Our size chart on the website was incorrect, and has been fixed. We have also tried to make it more obvious that this is a juniors size, not an adult size. We are out of stock of the adult size until October. Please keep in contact with customer support so we can resolve this issue by e-mail.
