The transaction was a little confusing. I was thrown off by the offer of another test after the first one. Maybe make it more clean that you are getting the chance to buy another one for am even lower price. I thought it was a different test for a discounted price. Customer service was quick and helpful.

I gave a 4 out of 5 because they don't provide a phone number. However, they do get back pretty promptly via email and fixed my issue.

It took awhile for my kit to arrive, but the wait was definitely worth it. After taking the gut health test, I found so much about the bacteria in my gut that I need to improve on. Now I am asking myself why didn't I do this sooner? Well it's never too late to start and I thank Ombre for offering their product and services.
