poor customer service
y family and I have purchased many shoes from Olukai and have been very pleased with the products. We found them to be of decent quality but not cheap. We will not be ordering anymore shoes in the future because of their return policies and customer service. after many emails, phone calls etc. we were never able to speak to a real live person to explain our situation and resolve the problem. Customer service is everything in this modern age and Olukai does not have any customer service.
