My friends recently introduced me to try out Olaplex No. 3, and the result is soft healthy hair that I could never imagine. Highly recommended! I have only bought Olaplex from Sephora and have not tried purchased from the official site before, wonder how's the experiences from others? My friend also learned her lesson from buying some Olaplex products from another retailer kalista-beauty.com at a lower price, and later found out it is fake products, and later she emailed Olaplex and confirmed this store is not authorized to sell, only store like Sephora is authorized retailer. So we have learned our lesson, and hoping no other consumers are being tricked by this chinese company.

The products are okay. Tbh I don't notice any difference in my hair quality after using it. Maybe if it were cheaper but from 25 pounds a product I personally expect more. I love how it's cruelty free and the shampoo has no sulphates etc but still lathers up nicely which is hard to find in other sulphate free shampoos. But maybe I'm lucky in that a lot of good products work in my hair that I don't see a difference. I think it's good quality hair care but don't expect your hair to become less split or fuller or thicker :) I have been using since January too.

Hair feels extremely smooth after using Olaplex.

1st time using olaplex no3 today left it on for about 20 mins minute i touched my hair it started snapping off got in the shower to wash off and was little pieces of my hair that had snapped I wash my hair about 4 times a week and my hair wasn't snapping off till I used this my hair felt soft after it and it did smell nice but wont be using again

I use Olaplex once a week as hair care. Sometimes I have no time for this, so I use one of two care items. But sometimes I use two of them at the same time. Hair after the application becomes very soft, like in children. Even the volume appeared. Now I just have fantastic hair quality. Definitely recommend!

Olaplex nr 3 is the reason I still have hair on my head. Superb, exquisite, the only ingredient your hair needs. My platinum blonde would be unattainable without it, because of my naturally fine and brittle hair. I go through small bottle a month. If I could afford it, I would use it everyday. NOTHING COMPARES. No product on the planet has the scientific ability to repair hair from within, apart from Olaplex formula. I can't recommend it enough, and I can't stress how important it is in any blonde's routine. I hope the science duo behind this miracle have a blessed life.

I used Olaplex for the first time 9 days ago and had a lot more than usual hair loss afterwards and made my hair feel not as nice but assumed coincidence. I have just tried it again and two fistfuls of hair came out in the bath. I am understandably devastated. I have found lots of other stories online telling a similar story. I contacted Olaplex directly and had a live chat where I was not even offered a refund or apology just referred to a legal page and suggested to go to a medical professional. Beyond disgusting.

although VERY expensive for how much product you get I’m very happy with my results, usually my hair gets frizzy fast until I wash it then it restarts but using this allows me to keep my hair tame without over washing it . My suggestion is give a little better value, such as more product
