I find your website to be easily navigated and divided into relevant categories. Sales are good and products show a good but not always comprehensive variety. Customer service may not immediately know the answers but does obtain them. I was surprised to find no way to receive notice when a certain item will return to stock! Overall quality of products is good, however a recent shipment of wooden ornaments were missing a few small pieces; so still room for improvement.

I really satisfied with what I ordered. The costume fit me perfectly n really good quality. And also the customer service is awesome and helpful.

I located a few ornaments that I had seen elsewhere at a higher price and purchased them from Oktoberfest Haus. The shipping was not quick but I was not expecting it to be so, for me, that was not an issue. I did use their very helpful online chat to get an estimate on the delivery date and it turned out to e the next day.;) I plan on making further purchases and have no reservations in recommending them to anyone.

I saw a very funny shirt on the Oktoberfest Haus site and since it said that a Grouchy German is a Sour Kraut, I thought it would be the perfect gift for my husband. lol The shirt was great; very good quality and a VERY good price. It got here in time for Christmas and my husband loved it. This isn't the first time that I've ordered from Oktoberfest Haus and it won't be my last.

Ordered a set of Cooper mugs for Christmas gift on November 19th for my wife. The item was not on back order, email confirmation stated 2day delivery. It's now Jan 1st and I still have not received my order. They claim it has recently shipped and I should receive it soon. Company claims it's the vendors fault and out of their control. In my opinion they took no responsibility for my problem and very disappointed with the customer service. Would never order from them again.

I ordered a Christmas pyramid for my daughter for Christmas, got an order number and a note saying it would ship in three days. Ten days later I went on the website to find out where the gift was as it was now after Christmas and nothing arrived. I was told that the order had been cancelled because it was out of stock. Hard to believe since I was given an order number and never notified of a cancellation. What kind of company cancels an order? If an item is out of stock they ask if you want to wait for it or cancel. If an item is not available and their computer doesn't know it, who would want to deal with such incompetence?

Outstanding. I was concerned about packaging of the nutcracker I ordered, but to my surprise it was packaged very securely. I will purchase additional nutcrackers from Oktoberfest Haus.
