Click, quick, and slick!
Easy to find what I want, from final order submitted to arrival. All was completed quickly and arrived packaged well. Only misleading thing is "free shipping for orders bigger than $xx dollars" but it only applies to US orders, need to read in the small print on shipping rules to identify does not apply to Canadian orders. That's the reason for the one star loss, great customer service means 100% transparency which I don't feel was clear on this point.

Very pleased with items ordered.
We ordered several items. One was not in stock and will not be available again. ah- why is it on the website? Well, the rest of the items- things we will use as souvenirs for friends when we return from Germany- were just fine. The prices were fair and it is a whole lot easier to sit here at home to order items rather than schlepping the stuff home in our suitcases.

Quick shipment- good products
Ordering through the Oktoberfest Haus website was very easy and the products I ordered came quickly. Prices were very reasonable and the products I ordered worked well for the event I needed them for. No complaints.

Good experience!
The order was shipped and arrived in a timely manner. The tracking number provided online was incorrect, but when I contacted customer service, they provided the proper tracking number. They have a very nice online customer service chat option.

Great product, slow delivery
I am pleased with the quality and craftsmanship, but it took quite a while to get it through standard shipping. The expedited shipping was too expensive. Anyway, if you've got some time, then Oktoberfest Haus is pretty good.

Good
The product was just what I ordered. The initial email communication of the order conformation was good. It said I would get another email with the tracking number. No second email was sent. I had no idea if the order was coming or not till I found the package left beside my garage. I have no idea how long it had been there.
