Oktoberfest HausReviews of oktoberfesthaus.com

Totally impressed with the whole experience

I received a great product, very well packed and delivered on time, but an email with the tracking # would have been nice.

The website showed two different incense smokers on sale. Website did not say either one was out of stock. Both times the sale got cancelled and I was left wanting. Your website should be more readily updated to show stock and if an item isn't available, remove it!

Excellent! My wife wanted me to get these (3 of them) with pewter lids to keep me from spilling beer on the floor as I move around the house with one. They work just fine for that, and everything else I need to do -- my wife even thinks they look beautiful.

Service and shipping is very good. Had a problem with the quality of a stein and they sent out another one very quickly. The second one also had a problem and again they sent out another one. Customer service is very good! Will buy from them again!

Order received on time, great packing, quick turn around. thank you

I've purchased from Oktoberfest Haus now for the past three years. Love the product and the price!! Going to be throwing the hubby a Retirement Oktoberfest and it will be one heck of a party!! Thanks for the great service and product.

This company sent me the wrong order. When I called to tell them, I then learned that the stein I did order is out of stock!!! Very inconvenient! I ended up just settling for the one they sent me.
