Ceramic Dirndl Beer did not say out of stock
I ordered this item 2 times and it did not say it was out of stock. Representatives were nice on the phone.

problems with web site, got frustrated.
The product and price were very good. I had issues with the web site and got frustrated on more than one occasion so i didnt buy anything else. I would orfer again if they speed ub the site and make it easier to access thier products.

After alterations, my costume was a hit
The order was here much quicker than expected, which worked to my favor since it didn't fit as well as I had hoped based on the size chart for the costume I ordered. The skirt fit perfectly, the shirt was a little tight but livable. The vest had to be altered to be able to even put it on. I know it's supposed to be pulled tight to enhance the 'girls' but I couldn't even get my arms into the holes all the way. I took out the seams under the arms and added in some fabric and it ended up working out just fine, I had lots of complement at our Oktoberfest pub crawl with many of the girls wishing they had gotten a style with a longer skirt like mine to help keep them warm. :)

OCTOBERFEST HAUS IST GUT! PLACING ORDER IST NOT SO GUT!
I'M A RETURN CUSTOMER, SO I LIKE THE MERCHANDISE @ OKTOBERFEST AND FIND PRICES COMPARABLE TO OTHER GERMAN-IMPORT WEBSITES. THE DELIVERY TIME WAS FINE.. RECEIVED IN PLENTY OF TIME HOWEVER, I EXPERIENCED AN UNUSAL AMOUNT OF WAIT TIME BETWEEN CLICKS AND SEEING THE ORDER IN MY SHOPPING CART. MADE YOU WONDER IF MY ORDER WAS COMPLETE OR, IF EDITS TO MY ORDER TOOK... MIGHT HAVE PURCHASED MORE, BUT LOST SOME CONFIDENCE IN THIS PROCESS. SERVER KAPUTT? FIXEN SIE, OCTOBERFEST HAUS!! SCHNELL!!

material is of sub standard quality
the items in question. I purchased are for my wedding. I was expecting some sort of cloth banner bunting instead it is a cheap thin nylon and the color is not quite correct. The edges are all frayed. It is nothing like what appears in the photo.I doubt I will be able to even use them for the wedding.419 a piece I would expect something of a better quality. I might just have to make them myself.
