Oktoberfest HausReviews of oktoberfesthaus.com

Ordered an Octoberfest collectable 33L beer stein w/lid. Item was very nice and as discribed. Received item via standard shipping within a week.

I wrote an email as to the size of this top as it just says S, M, or L with no suggested sizing. I provided my dress size and bra size....I received an email saying I should order a L. When it came it was too large!!!!! So that didn't work out too well. It also had a place on the back that had slipped out or was never caught in the stitiching leaving a 1" hole. I called and they sent me a new top in a M straight away and it works just fine expecpt for being a bit low/revealing. I am going to have to wear something under it for more coverage. We have a keg party every year in Oct. and I wanted something festive (not sexy) to wear for it. I loved the t-shirts except for the fact that the pattern is only on the front so it looks really funny from the side and back. If only the pattern went all the way around I would for sure purchased that. Less money and way more coverage!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I hope this will work out they certainly gave me excellent service.....no complaints with that. But it would help immensely if they would put like 8-10 for a M.....or 4-6 for a small etc.

My experience with Oktoberfest Haus has been wonderful. I ordered two very beautiful Christmas ornaments. They arrived on time; and the price for both is great. Also I contacted their support system regarding my order; and the response was within minutes; and very helpful. All in all I have to say that this was an enjoyable experience. Thanks Oktoberfest Haus..10 out of 10 !

Product as described but shipping was expensive to get it quickly.

Always responsive to my needs. If supplies are not available, I am advised and given options for future delivery. Professional, efficient and friendly.

Looking for supplies for a Barktoberfest event - loved what we ordered. Great service too.

Four beautiful copper mugs delivered on time, and I was tempted to keep them for myself!!! It is a gift, so will have to order some more for myself this time.
