5 Stars - Really liked everything I ordered
I ordered my husband the t-shirt lederhosen--it is awesome--looks like the real deal. I also ordered him das boots -- which he really likes. I will definitely order from this place again!

Oktoberfest themed family reunion a hit
We had out Nitz family reunion (German descent) this past Sunday. To kick up the fun a notch we decided to make it an Oktoberfest themed one and it was a hit. The decorations I purchased from you were perfect and reasonably priced. We stung the pennant flags around the perimeter of the park pavilion, which looked very festive and inviting. We hung many cut outs purchased from your site around the place, played polka music, and of course had beer. The people stayed maybe three hours longer than usual. I gave the "I have German roots" hot plate/wall hanger as one of the gifts. I was very pleased with your products. Thanks, April

fast, effecient helpful but not informative
I ordered my beer stein on a monday... the website advertised free shipping over 99$ then I was told that the offer was not for international orders (never clearly stated on site) the site also advertised order would ship in 3 days (again never stated clearly that wasn't for international orders) on the 5th day after ordering I went on chat and spoke with anna who then told me international orders took 3-5 business days to process.... I again waited. I never received an email stating my order had shipped as I was told when I ordered on my statement. On day 7 I again spoke with anna on chat and she then provided me with a tracking number. I ordered on july 21st and received my order on the 30th... the service was quick and anna was very helpful but the site needs to be clearer and when you tell a consumer that you will send them a confirmation email, it should be automatically done with proper tracking.
