Great customer service.
I ordered products and had a problem with delivery because USPS messed up delivery status. I called Oktoberfest Haus and they immediately fixed the problem by shipping and overnighting the products I ordered again which cost them money. They put customer service over profit, they truly care about the customer. Great customer service great pricing great company.

Everyone asked where I got my Octoberfest T-shirts. Everyone loves a T-shirt. Delivery of my order was faster than promised and much appreciated.

Oktoberfest hats
Inexpensive items for part of costume. Men's hat ran large but no problems with construction, material, etc. of women's or men's hat. Shipping was prompt. Items arrived in good condition. Will probably order again for additional items next year.
