Order #198518 (June 15, 2025) Customer: France I ordered the following products: - Hydroquinone 3% Topical Cream – Hyde® USP Cream 30g/1.05oz - Tri-Luma Cream for Hyperpigmentation – Hydroquinone 2% + Tretinoin 0.025% + Fluocinolone 0.01% 20g/0.7oz At first, an incorrect product was delivered, but Hannah was extremely helpful and promptly resolved the issue. The delivery required a bit of patience, as customs clearance took some time, but everything was eventually sorted out. I am now very satisfied with the products. They’ve been working effectively, and my skin has improved noticeably—especially when used together with the tretinoin cream (0.05%) I purchased in France. If you encounter any issues, you can count on Hannah; she’s always responsive and does her best to assist and resolve matters quickly. Thank you so much, Hannah. I appreciate your help. Regarding Ivermectin, there’s no way to confirm the Ivecop is genuine Menarini product other than direct manufacturer verification. Currently Meranini’s group has a variety of Affiliate-companies they work with and it is publicly displayed. Carefully investigate the source.

recently attempted to make a purchase and was shocked to find that in order to buy products, I was required to provide my Social Security number and scan my ID. This level of personal information is excessive and poses a serious risk for identity theft. When I reached out to customer service to inquire about alternative options, I was told that this is the only way to proceed—either comply or be unable to purchase. I find this process highly concerning and do not recommend anyone paying this way, as it puts your personal information at significant risk of being stolen. Proceed with caution.

We don't accept payments directly but via 3rd party payment providers and according to international rules all the payment providers and exchanges should collect KYC, we have nothing related to this procedure but financial institutions should make that according to the law. It is the same as if you blame your bank for it asking for your SSN. If you are concerned - just don't use this bank but it shouldn't be our 1star for this reason, we simply don't have other options unless using these payment options.
