I was at Best Buy with a 50" inch Samsung smart tv for $225.00 in hand and ready to purchase. I did a quick search online to price match... I typed in "Samsung 50 inch smart tv" and Walmart came up showing the same exact tv for $99.00. I showed the customer service rep at Best Buy and he said he couldn't price match during Black Friday so I left the store without the tv... and purchased the tv online from Walmart, entered all my personal info and got a confirmation number only to get a cancellation notice today!!! This is completely unacceptable and a huge scam! Now all of us who thought that they got a great deal on Black Friday are stuck with absolutely nothing. If this was a "glitch" Walmart should have caught it!! Completely unfair and they need to honor their prices, especially during Black Friday and the deals are gone now! Spoke to Walmart corporate office, Bryan, and he was a total jerk and heard my complaint and kept repeating "what do you want to me to do" I told him I want a price match or for them to honor the prices and he said no and that "Walmart.com" would be making a decision within the next couple of days for some compensation if any, but not guaranteed!!! I told him I would be contacting the BBB and he goes contact whoever you need to but there is nothing we can do... a big company like Walmart can't take the responsibility for the numerous of people angry about their price error. Ridiciulous!!!!

Purchased not 1, not 2, but a total of 5 iems on Black Friday through walmart.com. Including 2 of the Samsung 65" HD Smart TV's, 1 Canon EOS camera and 2 lens all at the $99 advertised price. All canceled with the response of sorry and a link to Walmart.com price policy under their terms of use. Which basically says that they have the right to waste your time and hold your money but it is also completely legal. I will never use Walmart .com again as they would not take responsibility for OJ Commerce what so ever even thought they allowed them to utilize there web site. I also am certain that Walmart does not allow this web usage without monetary gain or compensation from sales and therefore they are responsible. I think that any judge not on the Walmart payroll would see this in the same light. Sam Walton would have never stood for duing business with a company like OJ Commerce.

My wife and I also fell victim to the "deals" on walmart.com we purchased a camera that was $99 on the 25th of November only to recieve an email on November 27th saying our order was cancelled due to a pricing error. There has got to be something we can all do about this?! Someone should have to be responsible whether it be walmart or Oj commerce I could care less either way I just want the item I purchased for the price advertised!!

Being one of the many people who were scammed by Walmart and OJ Commerce, may I ask if anybody else has gotten email from Walmart stating "due to a technical error, incorrect prices were listed..."? And they apologize and offer a $25 gift card???

I order a product from walmart.com and did not know it was actually comming from oj commerce llc. My account was charged, order was processing, and then 2 days later my order was cancelled. Called this company about q5 times before someone actually answered the phone and I wasn't hung up on. As soon as I told the customer service rep my order number he starts naming reason after reason why my order was cancelled and said they reserve the right to cancel it. Really? They take your money, then cancel the order so you have to wait to get your money. It wasn't my fault they listed items for 99 dollars. Especially on black friday. This is the worst company by far to give your money to. Crap customer service.

I ordered a Little Tykes Bounce and Slide on Black Friday only to find out this morning they cancelled it citing price error. Called the company and they were rude and flat out refused to honor the price or give me the correct price so I could see if I still wanted to purchase the product. So much for good customer service. Will never order from them again or walmart online or in store . I should have stuck with toys r us. I would have had to pay more but I would have had my purchase instead I'm stick with hoping I can find one before christmas. Wal-mart claims they are not responsible but I believe they are some way responsible because they allow it to happen with no consequences to the seller for doing customers this way who are using their site thinking they are gonna get their stuff without all the hassle.

This company sucks. I ordered an item at Walmart for $99 on Black Friday. There was no problem with the order it went through and everything and then 2 days later I get an email from saying that my order has been cancelled because OJ Commerce made a mistake on the price. When I called the company they acted like they didn't care their attitude was like too bad this happens sometimes blah blah blah. No compensation offered not even a discount on the item I ordered. I feel since it was their pricing mistake they should honor the price that I ordered it at. Terrible customer service. Don't order from them and if you did and this happened to you file a complaint with the BBB. I just filed a complaint and it was all online it isn't hard at all. Tweet @oj_commerce

I too fell for this scam. Was charged on the 25th and got a cancellation notice last night the 27th. Now I missed out on all the other deals that weren't a scam. Totally bummed that Walmart is doing nothing to rectify this company scamming so many people. Wrote an email to ojcommerce with no reply. So basically I'm screwed because of this company and Walmart not honoring for the prices they had listed on their website. What a shame.
