OjcommerceReviews of ojcommerce.com

I too fell victim to the $99 Black Friday scam on Walmart. I paid $99 for a dollhouse and got the dreaded email saying it was a price error. Unreal that this happened to so many people on so many different items. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I orders 4 fireplaces on Black Friday 2016 for 99 dollars each on Walmart.com to be fulfilled by ojcommerce llc... 2 days later oI too received the emails advising me of a pricing error... the orders were cancelled by them and I would not be receiving any of the fireplaces ... ok... I understand mistakes .. but it was on Black Friday ... I missed out on other deals. I thought that I would at least receive an apology from OJCommerce... but I did not. I DID however receive one from Walmart and appreciate their email... it goes a long way . So ... I opened a case with Fort Lauderdale BBB where OJ Commerce is located ... And today I received a response from the company.. it partially reads: " In accordance with the Typographical Error portion of the Return Policy posted online on Walmart.com prior to purchase, Walmart cancelled the order and refunded the customer. No further action is due. " It further gives a link to said policy and then goes on to quote the policy itself. Notice anything missing here folks??? Courtesy caring , even manners perhaps? They made no mention of remorse for consumers missing out on other deals on Black Friday or any inconveince this error may have caused the consumer. I find this reply so apathetic and flippant I now feel more insulted than if I had never received one. Please take the time to visit the BBB and read the case and file your own while you are there . ... a business that conducts itself in this manner does not deserve anyones business at all in my opinion ... don't just complain ... make a formal complaint! Thank you all for listening and God Bless you all!!!

My side table is just great. Great craftsmanship ✔️❗️

I should have known there would be problems. I followed a link on walmart.com for a 40 inch samsung tv for $99 and made the purchase. When i received the confirmation email, it was for a 32 inch tv. Decided that it would be a gift for my daughter. Now i get cancellation email saying that they had a pricing error. Crap company. Update; I went to Walmart today and asked the assistant manager what can be done about the situation. The price of the tv is now $228, he gave it to me for $150. I am sorr of happy with the outcome. 99 would have been better but what can you do?

Made a purchase on Black Friday at a price they set only for them to cancel the purchase the next week saying they made an error. It's impossible to speak with their company and they are very very very rude.

I purchased 2 of the Samsung 50 inch TV's on black Friday. Not only did i get a confirmation and money taken out of my account, but i also called Walmart.com to make sure this was a real deal. I was told by the Walmart rep that it was being processed and i will have my order by Dec.2-9th. So, that being said, i purchased TV stands for this size TV along with gaming consoles for my kids for Christmas. Monday morning i got the email stating that my order was cancelled due to an error. I called OJ commerce and they said to take it up with Walmart. My husband was on a live chat for 5 hours with Walmart and they were not only rude, but nothing resolved. So,i decided to call corporate office. I talked to 5 different supervisors only to be put on hold for 4 hours and then disconnected. This morning i called back only to be handed off to 4 other reps, supervisors, and supervisor managers. I stated that i understand that it was a third party purchase, but they held my money until 9 pm last night and i was unable to take advantage of the other deals that went on. They can at least extend the black Friday and cyber Monday deals to us that were effected by their "error". Needless to say, we all need to wait for the corporate email on Dec.2nd. Hopefully, Walmart will fix their mistake and live up to their motto "Save money, live better".

Screwed on black Friday, missed the purchase prices because I thought I found a deal. Just know Karma is real this company will not prosper...

The basic foundation of doing business should be taught to this company...Honor your Prices!!!! When you have a price listed for an item , that's what it costs, process the order for those that ordered at that price and if it needs to be fixed do it AFTER!!!! I placed an order on Black Friday through Walmart.com for a pub table for $99, received an email saying that it was cancelled due to a pricing error on Sunday, called Walmart.com and they passed the buck and told me it was there error but to call OJ Commerce to get the item price matched and re-ordered!!! I called OJ Commerce, spoke to Salvador who was a complete jerk, he even hung up on me!!!! I would rate this company no stars if given the option, bottom line...even if it was a "pricing error", the price should have been honored, it's just basic business. Will not do business with a company you doesn't value this or good old fashion customer service.
