Ojcommerce refuses to give refunds they just simply won’t reply. Do not order from this company. They claim items are in stock then once you pay for them suddenly they are no longer in stock and they ignore giving refunds

I ordered an Ames Action Hoe from OJCommerce. The hoe was very difficult to find prior to stumbling across this company. The delivery was very timely and the hoe was securely packaged. I was impressed! AND, the company was actually very interested to know if I was happy with everything. I was! I will order from them again.

Ordered a skimmer for my pool. The first one came in a small box, packing was minimal, and it was cracked. Requested a refund, but they sent me a replacement instead. This time, it came in a HUGE box with NO packing, and is damaged again. I just want a refund, but am getting no where with the company. But I will not give up, but what a waste of time.

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago, and product still hasn’t shipped!! Tried to cancel order and they will not. They have it listed as preparing to ship, this status has been that way since ordering. I keep getting generic emails stating that they are looking into it!! Don’t bother I want my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
