I bought the white beveled leaning mirror. When it arrived it was packaged so well that it took me 10 mins to open the box and get to the mirror. It was exactly as described. Will order from them again.

We bought Duck covers for our patio chairs. They are great, the seats stay dry and the covers are waterproof and have adjustable snaps at each leg of the chair. I would highly recommend.

Like many other customers, I had a terrible experience with OJ Commerce. I ordered a reclining bed platform and paid with PayPal. I wanted this very heavy box, (actually 2 boxes), delivered to my parents in another town. My father was not listed in my PayPal account and when I tried adding his name to my account, they processed the order immediately under my name and address. I immediately emailed their customer service department, (it was Saturday evening and no one answered their phones), and explained the situation. I did not wanted to cancel the order, I just wanted the delivery address updated to that of my parents. They replied a couple of hours later, explaining they couldn't change the address, instead, I could cancel the order and reorder the item with the correct address. They also said they could only do this if the item hasn't been ship. I said to myself, we'll OK, it was during the weekend and I know first hand FedEx doesn't do pickups on Sundays, I used to work there. I went ahead and shoot them an email on Sunday morning, but now this time they claimed "the package has been shipped". I know they were lying since, like I said before, FedEx doesn't pickup on Sundays, and secondly, the tracking number provided only said a shipping label has been created and just the info sent to FedEx. They lied through their teeth all along. They made me believe they were doing something to get my issue resolved and that wasn't the case. I called first thing Monday morning their customer service department in Miami hoping the shipment be stopped so I could reorder, and they kept saying "the item was in transit", when I knew it has not been picked up yet and was sitting in a warehouse somewhere. Hold and behold, according to FedEx website, the package was actually picked up Monday at 4:51 PM, which has been plenty of time for them to cancel the order. So, if you order from this company make sure everything is correct at your end, they won't cancel the order for any reason whatsoever after the purchase button is depress. Worse yet, their return policy is a joke, you'll need to pay for return shipping plus they'll charge you a restocking fee! That's highway robbery. I'll never buy from OJ Commerce again, and won't recommend them to anyone.

I bought 2 of the axess small desks from ojcommerce. They were cheaper than other sites i had looked at and with a promo for an extra %10 off made it even better. Payment through paypal made it easy and the desks came in just a few days. They were both perfect packaged. The instructions were slightly confusing but I put them both together with my 11 year old so cant be that hard!
