OjcommerceReviews of ojcommerce.com

I have found my new go to furniture / everything business. My name is Karen, a real customer and a shipping industry did not handle my beautiful glass table, you have to see it, it is fabulous and original (I am very particular). I emailed Ojcommerce, had pictures ready and the very next day they contacted me and said they are sending another. No fuss, No muss (smile). Beautiful merchandise, amazing shipping time and outstanding Customer Service, and today was an awful day at my own job so you know I a honest.

super fast shipping . best price not just in the store ,but in the internet also , very happy

ordered full size bed platform. Loved How quickly I received my order, product was exactly as described. Bed was very easy to assemble I didn't even need instruction enclosed. It took me about 10 minute to set up. I am glad I purchased it. The platform offered better and stronger support than a box spring. Very study. I will highly recommend to others and the free shipping is a plus.

Very hard company to work with when it comes to returns. I took a picture of the label done by FedEx including the tracking number in it and they said I didn't give them the tracking number. They never pick up the phone either despite them being open from 9 to 6. 20% restocking fee on top of paying the shipping costs also seems far too steep just because we ordered something wrong on their confusing and poorly designed website. Newsflash OJCommerce, hire an actual webdesigner and include some asterisks so people don't get ripped out of a deal.

I purchased a Liaison Tiffany-Style 3-Light Victorian Double Lit Table Lamp with an 18" Shade. It arrived on time, safe and sound. I can’t ask for better service than this.

Ojcommerce is a bad company , they just take money from you after cancelling your order and ships the item . They don’t honor customer . Very bad company . Don’t buy anything from them . They just East’s your money

Loved it. Was easy to put together. The color is great

I was truly disappointed in receiving the incorrect product from OJCommerce. I ordered/paid for Simple Green Industrial Strength Degresser from Walmart for $19.81 and received Simple Green All Purpose which only costs $3.47. I called OJCommerce and they said to return is for a credit. What I was unaware is it then would cost me $13.50 to return it. This just is very upsetting that their mistake would cost me.
