I CAN'T WAIT TO RECEIVE THE RING I AM GOING TO USE TO PROPOSE! OhJewel made sure to work hard to get it to me in time before we go to Iceland the beginning of April. I was nervous it wouldn't make it in time but my day was just made seeing the email from OhJewel stating that it has shipped!! They responded to all my emails in a timely manner and kept me updated this entire process. I cannot wait! Thanks OhJewel. Highly reccomended!!

Excellent and great

The customer service was outstanding. Unfortunately the ring band, carrot size, and features were a lot smaller than how I expected it to be as compared with the pictures. I cannot read the engraving I opted in as an add-on no matter how close I get. The ring itself is still very nice. However, I believe the ring was overpriced and I would've went with a different provider that could provide a warranty and certification.

They were very fast to reply in email and faster than they promised. Very nice job!

I'm about to propose to my fiance with one of their rings. I first saw it on Etsy and fell in love with the ring at first sight, I knew it was the one. But they didn't deliver to Martinique on Etsy anymore but thanks to their website I was able to find it again. I discussed with them by mail and they were very reactive and willing to find a way to get it delivered to me. I received the ring in the time range they inform you about on the site and it was as beautiful as I saw it online. All things considered I'm really happy I bought the ring from them instead of anywhere else.
