Little communication, ridiculous lead time. Little up front indication of length of order. Would not order through here again strictly on customer service . I hope the ring is at least nice

Hello, the ring is beautiful and the customer service is quick to reply and help. I get tons of compliment on the ring and I truly love it. My only issue is they are supposed to have a year long warranty. Which means they replace something in that year long time for free. I lost a stone 3 weeks before it was a year of my ring being bought. I emailed and was told the stone is free, shipping is $20. No big deal, pricy shipping, they sent me a link to a stone replacement. I figured it was made just for this instant. When I got the stone it clearly said on the bag shipping cost $1.68. So I ended up paying th $20 towards the stone that was supposed to be under warranty and free. And got shipping for free. I even mentioned how on the same page as my ring and the one year warranty, it says they are always responsiblefor their rings under another warranty section. They said one stone was free replace (which mine ended up not being, I paid for the stone in the ends not the shipping price). You also have to get your ring worked on at another store if something happens to it.

The engagement ring turned out perfect. I very much appreciate their attentive communication. USPS lost the package, but luckily I was able to track it down. Thank you so much for working with my quick timeline and I’d definitely recommend supporting this business!

The seller was incredibly helpful when I reached out to ask for specific rings I was looking for and custom requests. As always, the rings are gorgeous and well made.

I offered to pay extra to have the item arrive in time. The stated shipping terms were within the time frame and I ordered overnight shipping. I received an email stating that even if I ordered rush shipping there was no guarantee that I would receive my order by a certain date

As much as I would love to make a possitive review on this purchase I cannot at this time. I have made a purchase from OhJewel multiple times (x3) and up until the most recent experience they have been positive. OhJewel got my order incorrect and instead of correcting the mistake they created they think the best couse of action is for me to take the time to find a jeweler on my own to adjust the band they confirmed themselves they would do. Mind you this is the second order with the same request. 1st order the did a great job. This one was shipped without any adjustments made that were requested and confirmed on their part. Additionally OhJewel when I first purchased from them 3 years ago was a very affordable jewelry option and a great value for your money. The most recent purchase was almost double the amount of the same exact ring purchased just a year prior. With the current price increases I encourage you to shop around to find a better value and service. OhJewel does not stand behind their product nor do they stand behind their craftsmanship.
