Great knowledge and communication skills

Ethan was very helpful with everything i will highly recommend him to anyone.

I talked with Ethan before making my purchase. He was very friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and professional answering all my questions. If you are thinking about buying a chair from Ogawa, I highly recommend giving Ethan a call.

Having led an active lifestyle, receiving a prostate cancer diagnosis in 2019 at the age of 55 presented a considerable challenge. Although I successfully underwent surgery and enjoyed a seven-year recurrence-free period, I faced an unexpected hurdle when I developed an MRSA infection during the procedure, necessitating open-heart surgery. As I transitioned into this new chapter of my life, the need to adjust my pain management approach arose, particularly since I could no longer use NSAIDs due to blood thinners. This shift prompted me to explore more natural remedies. I began with a MACH IX Brookstone massage chair, which, offered at a closeout price on the Ogawa site, provided me with significant relief and enabled me to maintain my active routine. Over the past year, I was inspired by Ogawa’s dedication to innovative products that utilize artificial intelligence, leading me to acquire my first Ogawa item, the Master Drive Duo. I was truly impressed by the remarkable advancements in massage chair technology. While the Mach IX now serves as a backup for guests in the fitness room, the Ogawa Master Drive Duo has become my preferred choice for daily massaging. Ogawa's commitment to cutting-edge features, exceptional customer service, and the high quality of their craftsmanship have reinforced my loyalty to their brand. I am now looking forward to adding the Ogawa Biovision, their premium massage chair, to my collection. I wholeheartedly recommend Ogawa to anyone in search of a superior massage chair. Their products have profoundly enhanced my quality of life, enabling me to stay active as I embrace my sixth decade with renewed vigor.

Worked with Ethan and Sarah to bring home one of the most amazing therapeutic comfort massage chairs to our home for Christmas. We purchased an Ogawa Chair back in 2017. This is our second purchase and the quality of service is the exact same if not better. I would highly recommend this company, this chair, and their representatives. 5-Star all around!!!

Responsive, helpful and very considerate. So far so good. I can't wait for the chair. Keep up the good customer service. Special thank you to Sara. More power.

Contacting Ogawa by telephone ☎️ was very convenient as I had many questions before I made my purchase. Ethan answered all my questions. After speaking with him I was ready to make my purchase. My husband and I are so glad that we invested into this Ogawa Biovision massage chair. It is worth every penny. The massage chair is a high end quality machine that offers so many features suitable to your choice of massage. Our friends have tried it and fell in love with it just as much as we have. They are looking forward to buying their own. 😃 We love the on demand privilege of receiving our massage when we feel we need it. No appointments needed. No driving. Afterwards having such a rejuvenating experience we enjoy just sitting back and relaxing in the comfort of our home absorbing the great health benefits this chair provides for us. We are very pleased we purchased from Ogawa. Other in store massage chairs 💺 just did not even come close to this amazing chair quality. It is truly state of the art. To those who are reading this review please know you will be so happy with this massage chair. I personally have alot of health issues and this chair is helping me to get to start feeling better in just over two weeks. After all these years of advanced technology something is finally helping. AMEN!

I have been dreaming of purchasing a massage chair for a few years. I started researching and decided I wanted an Ogawa, however hesitated to complete my order. Last Saturday I decided to call Ogawa with a question Ethan was so helpful, patient, and guided me so it was then I decided I was ready and purchase my chair. I have spoken to Ethan 3 times and each time he’s answered by questions, Ethan is so knowledgeable and courteous.
