Overall my experience was good. Rick at Ogawa World USA was very responsive and helpful to my e-mails. He always got back to me within 24 hours. I am very happy with the massage chair that I bought. The only complaint that I have is that it took a little longer for the White Glove Delivery company to deliver the chair. But when the delivery team did show up, they were very nice and professional and polite. They came to my house within the time frame that they told me, and set it up within 30 minutes.

Ogawa truly has exceptional quality and design for massage chair. The service is great also, always have suitable solutions for customers. Thank you Ogawa.
