Great way to demo massage chairs. Best warranty by far

Rick with Ogawa World USA is Awesome. He literally answered every question I had and never made me feel rushed. Our neighbor has this exact chair and we are so excited to get ours. If the chair is anything like the customer service that we received from Rick we are going to be beyond happy!

I was very pleased with Rick as his advice and knowledge appeared genuine. He was courteous and was willing to help in any way. It was a pleasure talking and dealing with nim

I called customer service to inquire about the Ogawa refresh plus, Rick was very professional and answered all my questions with great detail, then I made the purchase online and can't wait to get my chair!

Was having a hard time finding a place to look at and sit in a massage chair. Contacted Ogawa and setup an appointment to visit their show room. They had 6-8 different models of chairs to tryout. If you are looking for a massage chair and want to try different models before you buy, then this is the place. Rick was our salesman and thing could not have gone better. Highly recommend Rick and the Ogawa line of massage chairs.

Friendly, helpful and efficient salesman. Needed to reschedule delivery. Company was so understanding and met our needs. Massage chair is beautiful and of high quality. The black & ivory looks lovely in our family room.
