Easy to use and hassle-free.

We all are a little skeptical when dealing with an on-line supplier for the first time. Use my experience and consider your purchase with The Official Ticket Center (TOTC) as a return visit to a valued supplier. In this day and age, anything can happen, but for my Jan 2018 trip to Walt Disney World, they were all good things with TOTC! Their price for a 3-day adult pass was the least expensive I found and they were upgraded to park hoppers at no extra charge because of a special promotion. Their billing was straightforward and the e-mailed voucher arrived promptly. After their stated delay for clearing my payment (it was like one business day), I was able to use my vouchers to begin planning my visit to WDW as if I had my actual tickets in hand. I arrived in Orlando on a Friday afternoon and took my voucher to the Disney Guest Center in Disney Springs. They exchanged it for my four RID enabled Disney passes without any issues while I sat in air-conditioned comfort, enjoying my Disney experience. The WDW cast member even marked the passes with the names I had assigned during my planning sessions so all of us were good to go with our individual Fast Passes and dining reservations when we hit the parks on Saturday. One last thing - take a look at their planning application. I'm a long-time WDW visitor and their strategy, which seemed odd at times, was great for maximizing our visit! I was impressed with the accuracy of their line wait estimates, especially considering they were a week out when I did them. I will definitely check with TOTC for tickets and planning before my next visit to any of the parks they service, and hope you will too.

Very helpful and would recommend to friends and family

I had no problems at all with the official ticket center. I even went there at the relatively last minute. All went well, we followed their instructions on how to pick up our tickets at Universal, and had a great time.

I have purchased tickets a half dozen times. Each time I received what I ordered in a timely fashion. I could not be more pleased with their service to say nothing of the great prices.
