They were fast (I quickly needed tickets in order to avoid missing a fast pass window) and very alert to security details (I was buying from overseas, using a credit card in my mother’s name. They immediately messaged me to let me know that if the credit card holder was not present to pick up tickets at Will Call, we’d have issues.). I was very impressed.

Official Ticket Center was recommended to us and after researching this and several other options for Disney World park tickets, OTC was the best price by far! Ordered paper tickets so we have them as souvenirs. The tickets arrived promptly, well packaged, and in great condition. Meanwhile, I entered the ticket numbers into my Disney app. So fast passes are now set, magic bands are assigned to each ticket, and we are going to Disney World in less than six weeks! Quick! Easy! Magic!

If you're shopping internationally for WDW e-tickets (at least from Mexico), they aren't your best choice. For some reason they can't do a credit card verification on international e-ticket orders and won't let you know until the charge goes through. I got an email stating this and would not have been able to do fastpass plus reservations because the tickets turned into physical ones that I had to pickup upon arrival. That, of course, was a major inconvenience because the whole point of getting e-tickets is to be able to book advanced fastpass+. After a few emails they agreed to issue a full refund on the order.
