It started out okay. However when I got the email regarding our tickets the name to pick up the tickets was wrong! Thank God I noticed it or we could have had major problems. Officials ticket center needs to be more careful. This was a purchase of almost $1000 that could have gone horribly wrong! The email I received after it was corrected stated “we were able to change the name “. Like we made a mistake. It was not us it was them!

As an international buyer, it would have been nice to know before I bought that e-tickets cannot be emailed and that I had to literally pick them up. A little inconvenient BUT the person looking after me was fantastic.

Funny story, I had multiple windows open, to review the park tickets for Disney World and Universal Florida. I thought I purchased the tickets from Get Away Today; until I got a call from a Customer Service rep within minutes of completing my order. Her name was Eileen, and for most of the conversation, I thought she was from Get Away Today, until I read my email confirmation again. Official Ticket Center!! Eileen was GREAT, she laughed with me, laughing at myself, and I thank her for taking the steps and being timely to contact me about mailing the tickets. I will be back back to use your site / company again! Thank you

Maggie was a life saver and arranged our tickets for Blue Man Group in less than the notes 24 hours. I had purchased from the web site at midnight the night before we needed the tickets not realizing that it is a 24 hour turn around time. Maggie called me in the morning because I think she realized something wasn’t right! Great job!!!
