After looking for the best deal, this web pge was my option!

Very easy to set up!

Ordered Disney 1 day tickets. We started at the official Disney site, and somehow ended up getting routed to this non-official ticket site. I was purchasing 2 tickets for 1 park on the next day. After the purchase was complete, we received a message that the 'electronic' ticket would be emailed within 24 hours. What? We assumed it was a standard (although weird) auto response. The next morning, still no tickets delivered. We arrived at the park assuming Disney had record of our purchase. This is when we found out that somehow we were transferred to this 3rd party vendor. It took us 1.5 hours to work through this mess and actually get into the park. I brought my special needs daughter there to meet her friend to celebrate her 21st birthday... and we missed several rides. Disney called "The Official Ticket Center" and they were told they would try to process the tickets but it could take a couple of hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I immediately followed up and was told by "The Official Ticket Center" that she was trying to process our tickets but could not do so if she was wasting her time talking to me. Nice one. Here is the thing.. If you can't process a ticket for a theme park in time for a customer to use the ticket when the park opens... then don't allow that as a purchase date!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And stop trying to mimic the Disney sites. Buyer be warned! We did eventually get our tickets... but it was a horrible start to the day and we missed the best hours when the crowds are the smallest.

Data privacy is extremely important. This company disclosed via email they had recorded some information about me without permission. A review of their privacy policy and the rest of the website also does not make mention of this. This was only disclosed via a curt email when I encountered an unrelated issue. This kind of practice is not one I am comfortable with.

They came through within the time period they stated and our tickets are fine. A Park site that claim to Savers was lousy and did NOT follow up to my requests.

Very efficient company. Answered all questions from UK very quickly so I was able to buy tickets online within 5 minutes of the company sending me details.
