Will Snail Mail an Eticket!
I bought a non refundable eticket, because everywhere on their website they indicate it will be emailed within a day or two. After I purchased the ticket, I was informed that I would have to either pick up the ticket (I live in a different state) or have it snail mailed to me. This was not indicated anywhere on the website before I purchased the ticket. If I had known this, i would have simply bought it directly from Disney at the higher price. Now I have to wait up to a week and a half for a ticket that I should have recieved almost immediately. Will not be purchasing from here again.

Unfortunately anyone and everyone who orders a eticket has to pick them up at the will call window as stated on our website in multiple locations. The purpose of etickets is to pre book your fastpasses and is not a actual ticket. This is done no matter who you order it from unfortunately. It is just the way Disney has set it up but we hope you had a great vacation.
