Hi Jen, we're sorry to hear about your frustration. Your order included an item requiring 5–10 business days for processing before shipping, as noted on the product page. An estimated delivery date was also provided at checkout. Your order shipped on October 16th, and USPS tracking confirms it was delivered today, October 20th. We also received your email today and responded shortly afterward with your shipping and tracking information. Our customer service team responds to all inquiries within one business day, and we're always happy to help. We appreciate your order and hope you enjoy your new shirt! Jessica Official Band Shirts

Still no product
Order place on 10/11 and today on 10/20 I still have nothing. Showed order shipped, then retracted to say partially shipped. Trying to check the tracking link and it shows Out for Delivery via USPS since Saturday 10/17. Again, today is Tuesday 10/20, mail has been delivered and still nothing. *while I received response that the product takes 5-10 business days to ship I will say I ordered a sweatshirt from a different establishment yesterday morning and it arrived this evening, no express shipping or anything like that. Lesson learned, I will no longer order from a store like this one. Hopefully the product is worth the wait. Maybe don't send a 'rate your experience' to customers until they actually receive the product they ordered.

Hi Tiffany, we're sorry to hear about your frustration. Your order contains items that require 5–10 business days for processing before shipping, as noted on the product pages when ordering. One of your shirts has already shipped and is currently in transit with USPS, with delivery expected shortly. The remaining two shirts are still within their stated processing time and will ship as soon as they're ready. We sometimes ship orders in multiple packages so customers can receive available items sooner, which is why your order shows as partially shipped. You'll receive separate tracking information as the remaining items ship. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting all three shirts to you! Jessica Official Band Shirts

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I NEVER received my merchandise and there is no response back with any resolution or information of what happened. I am still waiting for any response. I spent $90.00 dollars for items that weren’t even shipped.

I’m addicted to these mystery packs!
I’m addicted to these mystery packs!! They always include bands i love- i like a lot of different kinds of music, which helps. but they also always have a variety of colors and/or interesting designs, so i really like the shirts even when it is not my very favorite bands. Highly recommend!
