AGILE & HUMAN
AGILE & HUMAN I had a question due the "pending authorization" status as I needed to fly in the following hours. The response from Susan at the Support Team was not only immediate but positive, kind and human. Would like to take a moment before I fly to thank Customer Support working on a Sunday.
