I am a British Citizen applying for my visa waiver application online & was having technical problems to submit the form. I therefore contacted the support team online. The support team responded to my email witin less then 30mins & gave me other options as to how to submit the form - (which I will now try)! Jayne from the ESTA support team has been incredibly helpful with answering my time sensitive questions with the preciseness I was looking for - and she generally got back to me within 10 minutes of e-mailing her.
