Beautiful desk and credenza. Great customer service (Sean) when I had many questions about the pieces prior to ordering. All shipped very well packed with no damage from transport.

Excellent Customer Service! I received my shipment on time, but when I received it I realized that 3 of the 9 tables I ordered were a different color. This mistake was my own fault, but OfficeFurniture2go was fantastic. They shipped me the three table tops with no questions asked. I'm so pleased with the service I received I will shop them again.

Great Desk. Seems like pretty good quality. The shipping was sporadic and without any given notice which was a bit of a pain considering it came in 4 separate deliveries and each piece was very heavy / bulky. When ordered it said about 4-6 weeks delivery. Pieces started showing up within 48 hours and everything was there within 1 week of ordering. Ecstatic that it came so quickly, but I was given zero notice on shipping / arrival dates. This could have been handled better. The customer service was fantastic though. The desk top was delivered broken in half, and it was immediately replaced with one simple phone call.

We ordered 2 tables from this company on July 18 and were told an estimated delivery date was between 7/25 and 8/1. On 8/6, I phoned the company, inquiring about the tables. I was told that the manufacturer would be contacted and I would receive an update. The next day I did get an email stating that our tables would be shipping from two different warehouses with "sorry for the delay" at the end of the email. On 8/12, the legs arrived in two boxes, one badly damaged. The table tops arrived two days later. When I attempted to assemble the tables, parts were missing. I emailed the company and received a reply that simply said "What's your order number?" I sent the requested information and heard nothing. When I phoned the company a day later, I was informed that our parts were ordered but they could not give an arrival date. A week went by with no parts, so I again emailed the company. I was informed that they would check and would "advise." Two days later I received an email stating the parts were to be shipped the next day. On 9/2, I did indeed receive a package, however, one part was STILL missing. I called the company and was told the part would be ordered but could not be given a arrival date. Finally on 9/16, two months after the original order date, I was able to assemble the tables. Through it all, the only apology I received were two "sorry for the delay" sentences tacked onto the end of emails. While I do like the tables, the time it took to receive them is laughable and the fact that I had to continually track down my parts is unprofessional.

Tina in customer service is the best! She was able to help me get my order fast when we really needed it. Couldn't ask for a better customer service experience.
