This is my 3rd desk that I’ve bought from this company. They are of great quality and better than most other companies product. My drawer unit was crushed, most likely, by FedEx. I called and spoke with Sean Willis. He reviewed my dilemma, apologized for the inconvenience, and sent another unit free of charge. It wasn’t the companies fought because I’m almost positive FedEx crushed it. My replacement came in the matter of days and I am 100% satisfied. You don’t get this level of great customer service much these days.

Good selection of desks. Customer Service answered my questions quickly. We ordered multiple desks that shipped from different locations. Communication on the delivery of each desk was clear. The boxes arrived undamaged. Assembly was reasonable and the end product looks fantastic. Overall, a smooth transaction that went according to plan.

Ed has always been very professional, thorough, friendly, and very helpful, making the process a smooth experience. The furniture is of good quality, and if anything arrives damaged, the company sends replacement immediately.

Shawn took great care of my needs. We purchased an L shaped desk, needed to turn into a U shape. Shawn knew every piece we needed, walked me through everything that had to be done. I was shocked to hear a salesman had knowledge of the actual product like he was on the support team. Great customer service. We also had a previous order where the wrong item was sent and they were quick to send out a replacement the following day. Great company to work with, highly recommend.
