Very poor communication from shipping…
Very poor communication from shipping company. Never called, just showed up and expected our office to drop everything (out patients) and accept the delivery which they wanted to leave on the sidewalk.

I am so sorry. You are absolutely correct. The carrier should have called prior to delivery. I am looking into this and will reach out separately regarding arrangements for redelivery etc. Thank you for your patience.

I was completely impressed with Shawn
I was completely impressed with Shawn. I needed tax exemption so he took over the order. Everything involved was completed within 6 mins! WOW

My apologies Roger. Weather has definitely posed a challenge for CA deliveries this past week. YRC is advising they have scheduled your delivery for today. Please advise if for some reason this is not the case. Thanks for your patience.

Desk was damaged
Desk was damaged. Delivery was refused and I asked for reimbursement.

I am sorry to hear the shipment was refused due to damage. While that is not often the case, it certainly does happen. I apologize for the inconvenience. A full refund has been issued.

Shawn was awesome to talk with about what my needs were for my office. He made great recommendations and gave me options that fit my needs. it helped to talk through it with someone experienced over the phone.

Sarah's exemplary customer service!
The order process online was simple but the follow-up with Sarah, so that I might get white glove delivery was what elevated this process to the sublime! She found a company to bring this 400 lb desk into my house without damaging my newly refinished hardwood floors. Plus when it was apparent that I did not receive shelf supports with the desk and I bought them locally, Sarah issued me a generous credit for my trouble! Customer service at it's best!
